Forgotten password

To request a new password, please, visit a branch of the Bank. If you do not have the opportunity to visit a branch, you can request remote generation of a new password. After successful identification, you will need to sign a request – a declaration for generating a new password, and the personalized request will be uploaded for signature on the Evrotrust portal. To start the remote password request process, please contact:

  • The contact center on phone at 0700 117 17, *7171 for calls within the country and +3592 483 1717 for international calls if you are a private customer. Please note that requests are processed for a period of one working day from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00
  • Your customer relationship manager if you are a representative of a business customer
