    Debit Card Application

    Apply online for a contactless Debit MasterCard or VISA Debit by UBB through your online banking.
    This service is accessible through Cards menu, with available Status Check option.

    Credit Card application

    Blocking / Activation of cards

    UBB’s Online banking provides you with the possibility to block or activate your cards at any time.
    You can block each one of your cards if you wish to provide additional temporary protection or if the plastic card has been lost / stolen. No transactions, as well as no reference reports for cash balances at an ATM can be performed with a blocked card.
    Only a card that has been temporarily blocked can be activated. In all other cases, the activation service is not available.

    UWIN Bonus Check

    You may now check your card bonuses in online banking
    The UWIN bonus-checking option is available in Cards menu and displays the total amount of unused bonuses under all cards, involved in the programme.

    Deferral of credit card purchases

    Defer your credit card purchases in equal monthly installments with online banking.
    Each accounted purchase over BGN 100, made with your credit card, may be deferred in 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly installments.

    How?

    • Login to your online banking profile, visit Cards menu, Credit Card Transactions;
    • To the right of each transaction, available for deferral in monthly installments, a link for requesting the service will be visualized.
    • By choosing a purchase you wish to pay in installments, a screen will be displayed with detailed information. There you have to indicate your preferred number of installments.
    • Next, you should read and confirm the declaration field in the screen.

    How will your monthly installment be determined?

    • There will be no surcharge for purchases, deferred through UBB’s new service. You will only pay a fee, as per UBB’s Fees and Commissions Tariff for Individual Clients.
    • The screen features a deferred payment calculator to facilitate you in choosing the most convenient number of installments, in which the purchase is to be paid, as well as in checking the installment amount and the fee, owed by you for purchase deferral.

    This service is accessible only within the Bank’s business hours and is available for purchases exceeding in amount BGN 100.
