How to activate service Internet banking of UBB, U-online?
After you read the General Terms of UBB on payment services:
1. Visit branch of the bank in order to be registered from a bank officer or
2. Sign at bank branch Agreement for Electronic banking, Electronic banking Registration card and other documents about activating the service, when you will receive:
- User ID in U-online about access to the system, printed in Electronic banking Registration card
- Login Password for access to Internet banking, if you have not been enered your own in online Electronic banking registration form
- Password about installing of client certificate, issued from UBB (needed for active operations):
- sent as a SMS message to your mobile phone with text "...your password for certificate is ******!" (about individual clients) or
- printed in an envelope (about representatives of business client, declared with rights for passive operations or for creation of payment documents, without sign rights) or
- generated from U-code if you choose to use this device and obtain it from the branch (for individual and business clients), suitable about working from abroad.
U-code must be obtained from representatives of business clients with sign rights, if they wish to make active operations, except if they will use professional QES.
3. Start the service from address https://ebb.ubb.bg or from link U-ONLINE at official site of the bank www.ubb.bg
- with received User ID and Login password you have access to passive operations (only reports)
- about active operations you must use one of the following additional means for access:
- Client (personal) certificate, issued from UBB and dynamic SMS password, which is sends at specified from client mobile phone (to Bulgarian mobile operator) - for individuals.
- Client (personal) certificate, issued from UBB and U-code device for generating a dynamic password - for individual and business clients.
- Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), issued from licensed provider of certification services and approved for working from the bank - for individuals and business clients.
Registration and using of service is free of charge. All other services have a fee in accordance with Fees and Commissions Tariffs of UBB.
