You are trying to request a new certificate over again. The certificate can be issued only once using certain certificate password, received from UBB or from U-code device;
You already have a client (personal) certificate, issued by UBB;
You are entering wrongly certificate password received from the bank in SMS, in envelope or from U-code device or you are entering another password;
You are using a browser, different from Internet Explorer. To request a new certificate you must use computer with MS Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP with 32-bit edition of browser Internet Explorer 6 or higher version. There is a problem for downloading a certificate on this computer, because of restrictions on your user's profile or wrong system date and time. Correct data and time and try with administrator's profile or on the other computer;
