• When I start Internet banking the web site loads too slow
  

  If you are using Internet Explorer, open archive file from here (with Open), start configuration programs (with double click) and buttons in them, and after that restart the browser (the programs are make settings at first two points, described here). If you cannot open or start the programs:

  • Install UBB Root Certificate from here, as you follow the steps:
  • Click button Open, then Install Certificate… and Next.
  • Choose option Place all certificates in the following store, click on Browse button, choose folder Trusted Root Certification Authorities and confirm with OK.
  • Continue and confirm installation with Next, Finish, Yes and ОК buttons.
  
  
  • Check that UBB Root Certificate was installed in the described store:
  • From Tools menu, choose Internet Option, then open Content tab and click on Certificates button. If you don't see Tools menu, press Alt key from the keyboard to turn on Menu bar under the address bar.
  • Choose the store Trusted Root Certification Authorities and check is there in the list certificate named 'UBB Root CA', valid to 13.1.2022.
  • If the certificate is missing from the list, repeat procedure again carefully.
