• Can I use Internet banking with Apple Mac, Linux, with tablet or mobile phone?

  
  

  About passive operations (only reports) you can use all described devices and operating systems and with their build-in browsers, as recommended is using of Mozilla Firefox.

  About active operations you can use computer with operating system MAC OS or Linux, browser Mozilla Firefox and installed it the browser:

  • Client (personal) certificate, issued from UBB and dynamic SMS password, which is sends at specified from a client mobile phone (to Bulgarian mobile operator) - for individuals or
  • Client (personal) certificate, issued from UBB and U-code device for generating a dynamic password - for individuals and legal entities or
  • Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), issued from licensed provider of certification services and approved for working from the bank - for individuals and legal entities.

  Important: About installing of certificate, issued from UBB is necessary for a single time to be used computer with browser Internet Explorer. After importing of certificate in Internet Explorer, must be made a copy of certificate, from which to be installed in Mozilla Firefox by instruction How to use U-Online via Mozilla Firefox.
