• I am not authorized to make the settings described in the above item for digital certificate download?
  

  If you cannot or you are not allowed to change the settings of Internet Explorer, contact with your system administrator for help. Possibly you have no administrator rights in the profile, in which you are working on the computer. In this case you can follow the steps:

  • Ask can you receive temporary rights of administrator in the profile where you are working, and after that make described in previous question.
  • If rights cannot be given, you or administrator have to login on the computer in profile with administrator rights and to follow next steps:
  • install your client (personal) certificate, issued from UBB as it is described in previous question;
  • make a copy of your client digital certificate, as to can install it from the copy in the profile that you are usually use for working on the computer;
  • after you are sure, that have a copy of your client certificate (file with extension .PFX, for examle My_cert_copy.PFX), you can remove it from the browser in administrator profile as open Tools>>Internet options>>Content>>Certificates, from Personal store mark certificate and click 'Remove' button;
  • logout from administrator profile and enter on the computer in a profile that you are usually use for working on the computer;
  • install from the copy your client certificate in the browser at your profile and restart the browser to start working.
  • In case, that cannot be made no one of described actions, try installing on another computer.
