Internet banking provides the opportunity for effecting Foreign Currency Exchange between own accounts.
The system opens the form "Foreign Exchange Order" and requires the following essential details of the deal to be filled in:
Credit account - IBAN to be credited
Credit amount - amount to be credited
Debit account - IBAN to be debited
Debit amount - amount to be debited
Payment Reason
Foreign currency exchange is made at preferential exchange rates, as there are different non-cash exchange rates
for transactions of amounts in the following BGN equivalence:
Up to BGN 6 000
From BGN 6 000 up to BGN 46 000
From BGN 46 000 up to BGN 100 000
Over BGN 100 000
As "Debit account" you should select the account, from which the amount for currency conversion will be taken.
As "Credit account" you should select the account, to which the exchanged amount will be posted.
You should enter either "Credit amount" or"Debit amount",
as the non-entered amount shall automatically be calculated at the Bank's exchange rate, valid in the moment of order sending.
All cross rates (currencies different from BGN) shall be calculated through the buy/sell rate for BGN.
No commission shall be charged on the transaction.

For currency conversion to account of counterparties you should use "Funds Transfer UBB" transaction.
The system monitors the submitting of DECLARATION under Art. 4, Para. 7 and Art. 6, Para. 5, Item. 3
of the Act on the Measures Against Money Laundering in the Republic of Bulgaria for operations exceeding BGN 30 000.
