We would like to inform you that from 23:00 on 22.11.2024 to 19:00 on 24.11.2024. UBB will carry out technical upgrades, due to which UBB Mobile and UBB Online will not be available. During this period it will not be possible to make and accept blink payments to UBB accounts. There are no changes in the processing of regular bulk payments. During the unavailability of UBB Mobile and UBB Online, manual transfers and payments between own accounts and to third parties will be restricted. We recommend that you make urgent and important payments and blink payments before 20:00 on 22.11.2024, or order them with future value date after 24.11.2024 - thus they will take place automatically and seamlessly.
KBC Mobile Bulgaria and KBC Online Bulgaria will remain available for historical reference.
In the mentioned period it is advisable to plan sufficient funds in your accounts with active cards to them. Fully accessible will be all card transactions - ATM withdrawals and deposits, in-store payments at POS terminals and online purchases, use of digital wallets.
Our branches will remain open to you on Friday, 22.11.2024 with no change in the working hours, and you will be able to visit them again on Monday, 25.11.2024.
