When I sign e-documents I receive a message “Your certificate is not valid for signing”, “Invalid signature” or other error message
If you are using Internet Explorer:
Open archive file from here (with Open), startconfiguration programs (with double click) and buttons in them,
after that restart the browser (the programs are make settings at first two points, described here). If you cannot open or start the programs, make settings described at first three points here. If again receive same message:
Check are there correct date and time on your computer.
If an yellow ribbon appear with question for insalation, click on it and select Install ActiveX as it is described here.
Install UBB Root Certificate as follow insrtuctions here.
It is possible that your browser does not allow to install the Microsoft's component capicom.dll. To allow it, follow the instruction here.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox:
When you sign the payment orders in the window 'Text Signing Request' click ÎÊ if you don't have 'Master password' in Firefox or enter it if you have and after that click OK.
Check are there correctly installed UBB Root Certificates as follow the steps:
click 'Firefox' button and then 'Options' menu or open menu: Tools->Options…
click 'Advanced' icon and 'Encryption' (or 'Certificates') tab
click 'View Certificates' button and 'Authorities' store
find and mark one by one “UBB External CA 1” and “UBB Certificate Authority I” root certificates as after that click “Edit Trust…” button
and check are all three options enabled about every of them. If they are not, enable them and confirm with OK.
Check that the date and time of your computer are correct.
When you sign the payment orders, choose the same certificate as that one chosen at login in the system (about more than one personal certificates in the browser).
