Instruction of using U-online for clients physical entities with active operations. About business client see here.


About access to active operations, the clients physical entities must use one of the following schemes of identifications:


• Client (personal) certificate, issued from UBB and dynamic SMS password, which is sends at specified from client mobile phone (to Bulgarian mobile operator).
• Client (personal) certificate, issued from UBB and U-code device for generating a dynamic password.
• Personal Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), issued from licensed provider of certification services and approved for working from the bank.



At using of certificate, issued from UBB and dynamic SMS password, about login with active operations (transfers, currency exchange and etc.), click on the checkbox before "Active Mode".



After correct login in the system (correctly entered login password), a 6-digit temporary password will be generated and will be sent by SMS to your mobile phone with the following text:
“Your password #3169 is 123456”. The password, corresponding to the indicated from computer number (#) has to be entered on the next screen:



In case of correctly entered SMS-password and after pressing the Confirm button, you will have access to active operations.
In case of wrong or expired password you will receive the following message, as you will have access only for reports:



Important:
• The temporary password is valid 3 minutes and after its generating it can be used for a single time and only with corresponding number.
• New trying to login with active operation you can make after expiration of received password, no matter its correct or wrong entry. In case you try before expiry, you will receive a message:



Number of you mobile phone about SMS-passwords (to Bulgarian mobile operators) you can update in UBB Call Centre at phone 0700 117 17 from Bulgaria, +359 (0) 700 117 17
and +359 2 980 22 35 from abroad or in every bank branch.
