• How can I install my digital certificate from a copy?
  

  About installing of your client digital certificate from prepared copy (file with extension .PFX, for example My_cert_copy.PFX), follow the steps:

  About Internet explorer:

  • From Tools menu, choose Internet Options and Content tab. If you don't see Tools menu, press ALT key from the keyboard to turn on the Menu bar under the address bar.
  • Click Certificates button, Import and Next.
  • Choose Browse… and select the device, on which you have the copy of certificate, mark a file and click Open and Next. If you cannot find a file, choose option All files(*.*) next to field File name and search the file again.
  • Enter the transport password if you have been entered such and review the options:
  • Enable strong private key protection. You will be prompted... - if you wish at every access to your certificate (for example: login in the system, signing of documents) to be required additional password, you can enable this option and to specify a password, as it is described in next step below;
  • Disable option Mark the private key as exportable, so to make impossible certificate to be copied from the browser;
  • Enable option Include all extended properties if you have such and click Next button.
  • On the next screen continue with Next and Finish.
  • If you have enabled option about protection of using the certificate with password, you will see the message Importing a new private exchange key. If you don't wish to specify a password, click OK. With button Set Security Level..., choosing of level High and Next, you can specify password and confirm it with button Finish.
  • You will receive a message The import was successful, that confirm with OK. Restart the browser to start working with your certificate.
